GM Fasteners
MFC produces General Motors fasteners used in your metal stampings and assemblies. Most commonly, these weld studs have three weld projections and often have dog points and the anti-cross threading feature know as a Matpoint. Matpoint products are proprietary, and rest assured, we a licensed.
FCA Fasteners
The FCA parts that we currently manufacture come in a wide array of projection shapes including 3-projection studs and weld rings. Many also have dog points, Matpoints, and are processed to plating specifications such as Zinc and Zinc Nickel. Additionally, some have what is considered a fluorocarbon thread patch. We provide products processed to them all!
PRODUCTS
Macomb Fastener Corporation is capable of manufacturing some of the most highly engineered, specialty fasteners on the market today. We can manufacture M5 - M14 fasteners, up to 125mm. Materials used include low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, and alloys with a wide array of part-specific processing requirements such as heat treating, plating, and thread coatings.
